Welcome to Student Ministries at Covenant

Covenant’s Student Ministries, led by Jason and Sarah Boatright, is all about helping students mature so they can impact their world for Christ. We aim to honor God through our worship, connect with other believers in authentic relationship, grow to be more like Jesus, serve our church and our world, and reach out to those who don’t know him.

  • Focus

    To welcome each student to:

    • encounter and develop a relationship with Christ.
    • grow in their relationship with Christ and with others.
    • fall in love with the God of the universe who loved them first.
    • teach each student about the truths of the triune God, the Bible, and relationships.
    • provide opportunities to serve and share their relationship with Christ, with each other, and with others outside of Youth Group.

  • Outreach

    Grilled Cheese Thursdays

We really miss being able to interact with our High School Students. We are closely monitoring the expectations and guidelines being set forth by our community, county, state, and government. Hopefully, we will get the go ahead soon, so that we can provide this outreach. Thank you for your patience and sticking with us!

Covenant, in partnership with Young Life, hosts Grilled Cheese, a ministry to juniors and seniors at Rampart High School and Liberty High School, most Thursdays throughout the school year.

Each Thursday during the school year, we make 400+ sandwiches for 100-200 students. That’s a lot of butter that needs spreading and volunteers are always needed to help with this exciting ministry. First lunch is from 10:00–11:30 a.m. and second lunch is from 11:45 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Come for one or stay and help for both lunches.

If you would like to volunteer to spread love and lots of butter during the 2020-2021 school year, contact Sarah Boatright or 719.598.0800

    Summer Mission Trips :

Each summer we do a summer outreach as a group.

  • Activities

    Winter Camps

Snowbound and High Altitude are weekend trips for middle and high school students organized by a number of Front Range churches. These camps, at the beautiful Frontier Ranch, are an opportunity to experience all that God has to offer. Come with friends, make new friends, and experience the larger kingdom of God.

The 2021 dates will be announced in the fall of 2020. The 2020 Snowbound retreat was January 31–February 2. The 2020 High Altitude retreat was February 14-16.

    Annual Ski Trip
Each year we take a ski trip to Monarch Mountain. The 2021 ski trip will be announced in the fall of 2020. More information and registration will be available closer to the date. Register soon.

How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in?

And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard?

And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?
