Welcome to Student Ministries at Covenant

Covenant’s Student Ministries, led by Jason and Sarah Boatright, is all about helping students mature so they can impact their world for Christ. We aim to honor God through our worship, connect with other believers in authentic relationship, grow to be more like Jesus, serve our church and our world, and reach out to those who don’t know him.

  • Focus

    To welcome each student to:

    • encounter and develop a relationship with Christ.
    • grow in their relationship with Christ and with others.
    • fall in love with the God of the universe who loved them first.
    • teach each student about the truths of the triune God, the Bible, and relationships.
    • provide opportunities to serve and share their relationship with Christ, with each other, and with others outside of Youth Group.
  • Gatherings

Learning Community - Please join us during our Worship service at 10:30 on Sunday mornings. Also, come meet with our Youth Groups at Rampart Park, near the playground, on Sunday afternoons; 3:00-4:30 p.m.

Contact Sarah Boatright, with any questions you may have.

Worship Service — 10:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary: currently on YouTube and Facebook or come in person and sign in at the door.

Senior Sunday, May 23, 2021 at 10:30 am: a service provided by the youth as we celebrate our 2021 high school graduating seniors.

Middle and High School Youth Groups will combine and meet on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month as a large group. This is a great opportunity to meet as a large group for topic discussion, some game play, and then spend some intentional time with the small groups!
Middle School Youth Group will meet the 2nd week of each month at Rampart Park (or if we have inclement weather, in the Sanctuary) from 3:00-4:30 p.m. Middle School students will meet with their small groups on the 4th Sundays of each month; time, place, and activity determined by the small group leaders.
High School Youth Group will meet the 4th Sunday of each month at Rampart Park as their large group (or if inclement weather, in the Sanctuary) from 3:00-4:30 p.m. High school youth will gather in their small groups on the 2nd Sunday of each month; activities to be conveyed by small group leaders.

    Grilled Cheese Thursdays

We missed you guys so much this year, and can hardly believe that the school year is almost over! Plans are in the works for next year and we've got our fingers, toes & noses crossed in prayers and hopes that we will once again be meeting with you over grilled cheese sandwiches and sharing in the joy, energy, and conversations you bring to our lunch time at Covenant! Thank you for your patience and sticking with us

    Presbytery Camp

Each year Covenant has the opportunity to partner with the Pueblo Presbytery camp. We experience the fun of attending! Campers who have completed 3rd graders through 8th grade are eligible to attend. Teenagers in High School can apply to become  Camp Interns or Cabin Leaders. This year, camp will be gathering June 7-12, 2021 and registration is open. Campers will stay at the Ponderosa in Larkspur, CO. Click for details. Register to attend. Think about being a Cabin leader or high school intern as the application opportunities for this year are already filled!

    Summer Mission Trips :

Each summer we do a summer outreach as a group. This July 25-29, 2021 our plan is to travel to Calvin Crest Camp in Nebraska. Students who attend this mission trip, will assist the Presbytery camp in various ways depending on the needs at the time of our visit.

How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in?

And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard?

And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?
