2021 Children's Service

May 2, Children's Ministries will explore how to trust that God will protect them when they speak His truth.

  • 10:30 a.m. Children's Service will meet in-person at Covenant in the family room on Sunday mornings. We will no longer be streaming this service.
  • For families that prefer to worship together online or in-person in the sanctuary, there will be a Children's time during our 10:30 am service.

In May, join us as we "GO" share the gospel, openly and lovingly.

More than ever, our kids are engaged in spiritual battle these days, whether they realize it or not. Their faith is attacked–not by obvious opposition–but by subtle questions and moral ambiguity, that can cause kids to doubt and become less outspoken about Jesus. In this way, it has become an increasingly difficult era to share the Gospel. . . all the more reason why we, and our kids, need to be thoroughly equipped to “GO!”
Through this series, kids will see that even though they are young, God gave us a mission, to share God’s story through words and actions. In order to do this with power and conviction, God gives us the Holy Spirit, and moreover, God gives us everything we need. When I face obstacles, God will protect my heart and mind, and when it seems like there is nothing I can do, kids will realize I can help others when I pray.

Please contact Sarah Misleh with any questions you may have, or if you are interested in volunteering. We are very excited to be meeting again whether it is in person or online!

Welcome to Children's Ministries at Covenant

This is a vibrant, creative, and fun place to be! Our goal, in partnership with families, is to nurture our children as they grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Children’s Ministries at Covenant Presbyterian Church is committed to supporting families in the spiritual development of their children in a safe, loving, and nurturing church environment. We accomplish this mission by:

    • providing a welcoming place where children experience God’s love and learn his word.
    • introducing children to a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.
    • teaching children about God’s big story and help them understand how they fit into it.
    • modeling prayer, worship, and Scripture reading as our way to communicate with God.
    • preparing children to live out their faith on a daily basis.
    • equipping staff, parents, and volunteers to work with children.

  • Sunday Mornings

Children's Church: is offered Sunday mornings in the family room at 10:30 am in person.
