We are grateful for our Volunteers!

Here is the paperwork to get you started. You may return them in person to a staff member, at the front office, or send them electronically. Thank you for your time and willingness. You may also obtain this paperwork at Covenant Presbyterian Church.


  1. Background Check Authorization (this paperwork is required of all volunteers)
  2. Child Protection Policy (please read this policy, sign and return the last page. This needs to be completed if you will be working with children or youth in any capacity)

  4. Children's Ministries Volunteer Packet
  5. Reference Request Form
  6. Driver's License - a copy of your license will also be needed. This can be done at the office.
