Doug Moore has been a member of Covenant since 1984. His full-time employment as a Lay Christian Counselor began in 1987, and he joined the Covenant staff part-time in 1998. He holds a B.A. from Colorado College.

Doug and his high school sweetheart, Jan, were married in 1974. Their four sons are all married and have given Jan and Doug ten grandchildren. Three of the families live along the Front Range of Colorado.
